Delivery is using Australia post registered mail as such, once payment is cleared all packages will be sent next business day, unless specified on checkout. Delivery should be within 3 to 5 days depending on the customer’s location. Being registered mail the packaged can be tracked at all times via the Australia post web site, using the tracking code that will be emailed to the customer once delivery has begun.
The following costs are based on registered mail using Australia Post to anywhere in Australia:
Up to 500grams Flat rate $10.00
501 to 3kg flat rate $14.00
3001 to 5kg flat rate $16.00
Over 5kg flat rate $24.00
All packages mailed overseas will delivered via Australia post air post. These costs will be worked out on individual costs per country and weight.
Address must be a street address as someone should be home to greet the package. see our Delivery Policy . . .
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels and while we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee an exact time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform OceanZebra if an order does not arrive. As all orders are sent with Australia post using registered mail all parcels are traceable. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we may not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
